Dyethin GSC Auto Sync

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This policy applies specifically to Dyethin GSC Auto Sync, an internal Google Search Console reporting automation tool operated by Dyethin. It does not replace or describe the separate privacy policy of the Dyethin commercial website.

1. Google data accessed

With authorization from the account holder, the tool accesses Google Search Console search performance information for website properties that account can view. The data can include page URLs, search queries, dates, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average search positions. This tool uses read-only Search Console access.

2. How the data is used

Retrieved information is used solely for internal search performance tracking, historical reporting, and analysis of the operator's own website. Data is not used to create advertising audiences or to target advertising.

3. Where the data is stored

The Google Apps Script automation writes reporting data into a private Google Sheets workbook controlled by the operator. Access to that workbook is governed by its Google account permissions and sharing settings. The website hosting this policy does not receive or store the workbook or the Google Search Console export data.

4. Authorization and credentials

Google authorization is handled using Google's OAuth authorization system and Apps Script services. The operator can revoke this authorization through the Google Account's third-party access controls. OAuth access tokens are not published on this website.

5. Sharing and third parties

The automation does not sell Search Console data or independently send reporting data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Google provides the API and Sheets infrastructure. The operator controls access to the resulting workbook and is responsible for any additional sharing that they authorize.

6. Retention and deletion

Exported reporting data remains in the private Google Sheets workbook until the operator deletes or changes it. The operator may delete specific entries, remove the workbook, stop the scheduled automation, or revoke Google authorization. Removing a Google authorization does not automatically delete previously exported rows in the workbook.

7. Information collected by this public information site

These static information pages contain no account sign-in, form, marketing tracker, or application analytics script. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process ordinary network request information as part of serving the pages, subject to its own policies.

8. Changes and questions

If the tool's data processing changes materially, this policy will be updated. For privacy or data-removal inquiries about this tool, contact sales@dyethin.com.
